    Finally ordered the Zamp 160 portable solar setup and a samlex 600w inverter. Excited to get them and try them out. Looked at them locally and the quality is great! Looks like this but smaller and no airstream or nice truck.

    I got excited that you got a Chevy!

    Currently moving 2200 pounds of water with the Chevy 6.0. it has airbags and rides great even with that in the bed.

    Good to know! Been looking into the 6.0 chevys. Everybody says they are great engines but the gas mileage sucks.

    Yup. Not sure what the power and tow rating differences are from the 5.3.

    There's an 02 quad cab Duramax on CL for $4k that "needs an injector". Looks nice but i don't know enough about writing on them to give that a try.
