I'm a big fan of "couch mode". Be cool to see what they come up with for brackets.

Hey all! Just sent out a production update to the pre-order folks, and finalizing the build queue for the next group (XL included) today and tomorrow, and will get those timelines out to you. Its been a little busy around these parts, and we can't tell you how much we appreciate your support as we grow this company. Figured this little teaser video might get some folks stoked... Shot by our friend Nathan Norby. www.nathannorby.com

Also shooting the walkaround video this week of the shop that will update you guys as to how much @wileydavis has spearheaded in the last few months. Kind of an incredible undertaking that we are super excited to share with you, as well as introduce you to our awesome team over at the shop.

I am back to where my phone calls are in the single digits per hour and we have some more time to answer. Apologies for the delays in response times in recent weeks, it's been a massive growth spurt for us and we are working hard to keep up. Please reach out to me directly with any questions or concerns. 406-581-7463.

Dometic also has these 3 settings, I believe at the exact same low/med/high voltages. I have a dometic cfx50 and its been pretty good, arb make quality stuff as well and both are much cheaper than the national luna and so forth.

    It's DLX son!
Nice to see the additional media from GFC and the e-mail update!

I am so ready for mine. Maybe even looking for a cheap fiberglass or aluminum shell to rock for the rest of summer to tide me over.

I borrowed a large ground tent from my buddy for my Memorial day week/weekend trip and while it did offer a lot of room, the flapping material during wind and set-up/tear down sucked! :bananadead:

Not to mention all our gear having to be extra tied-down during transit and having to worry more about it walking off while away from the truck than with a shell on.

Maybe video from below and above of getting in/out of the sleeping area by actually moving the panels? Perhaps with sleeping bag as prop?

If you’re going to load the truck down for camping you’re going to want an AAL or new leaf pack. Stock suspension sucks.

we don't really go more than 3-4days, not planning to have a fridge or anything. just the basic gears. and sometimes just a day trip to a climbing crag.

They gave me a 8yrs/125k ext warranty for the truck, so if I don't have to, I prefer to keep it stock until the warranty runs out.

I think with the GFC alone you will wear out the stock leaf springs well before you run out of warranty. If you aren’t looking for a lot of lift but want better ride and load carrying ability the Dakar 095R leaf pack would be a good choice.

^this, because you can make use of the springs you have. then when you know more about where you're trying to take your camper, and are ready to get beefier springs/shocks etc. the Timbrens carry over.

So stoked to finally talk to Graeme today about my final order details!

We also got around to talking about how the stock bedrail caps are not the best and that there really isn’t much out there in the market for high quality replacements... got him thinking about how easy it would be for GFC to make their own! He said he would talk to Wiley about it today! I know I would buy some GFC bedrail caps in a heart beat! Hopefully it becomes a reality soon :fingerscrossed:

YES @wileydavis the wizard!!! Make this happen!!! I’m in for a set. Powder Coated Aluminum would be my preference. Make it a little thicker and corrosion free. And if you could begin manufacturing them in the next three weeks that’d be great....
