I know this has been talked about multiple times. Has anyone received the new floormats that are on recall. I was told when I bought my truck in Feb. that it would be 30 days, now the dealership said they don't know when they will be in. It aggravates me.

I was just in the service department yesterday for TSB's and I had a note on my receipt that there was going to be a recall. They did not know anything more than that. I'm wondering what they are going to do and how they changed the mats. There was a guy who just got new Highlander mats and they were about as thin as you could make a mat and looked like crap. He tried to get his old ones back and they said no.

So, ask to see the new ones before you give them your old ones. They are going from cheap to cheaper.

    Happy I have weathertechs!

There are more important things in life to be aggravated over. There are plenty of cheap and not so cheap options out there.

it could be worse, when I bought my 2010 their temporary solution was to sew the damn mats to the carpeting.

I'd ask the dealership for a check for $50 (or whatever the cost of the all-weather mat option) and use it to go buy mats that won't suck like the new recall-fixing-mats will. Much rather have $$$ than the new mats.
