Been sweating my balls off since I got home building a ramp for my puppers.

    306A1B88-5220-4744-9863-203CF237A033.jpg

Got a long way still to go. The lower section is 13 feet, and I have to raise it an extra 6 inches to meet that little landing. Then I have to build the railings that will keep them in the ramp, put the rungs on (cut pieces of 5/8” x 1 1/2”), then stain it to match the other stairs. Before putting everything in position and screwing it in place I also need to touch up the stain on the stairs.

Of course all the wood is pressure treated, but I’m still sealing everything. Might even use a paint-on non-slip surface treatment since the ramps are so steep.

I also need to figure out an easily movable gate to keep the little fuzzy hooligans using the ramp instead of the stairs...

    Mostly stuff I built.
Couple more hours work in the Tacoma skids today. Brace work done out of some 1”x1”x.095” tube I had laying around. Also got the engine bay guards dialed in, drain plug and oil filter access door location figured out. Oil filter access door fits man sized hands! Door and mounts for door will be done tomorrow.
Waiting on Fastenal to get some M8-1.00 Allen Head cap bolts in for 2 bolt locations. Sucks they closed my local store 1 mile from my house. Now I have to drive 40 miles to pick up fasteners!

Nothing like that sound though when the power's been off for way too long, then it comes on and the AC fires up. :yay::yay::yay::yay:
