If I do, I'm already blaming it on the GF. I'll tell her about some event/activity, write it down on the calendar on our fridge, and then two days before it's supposed to happen she'll have made other plans that 'can't be canceled'
If she does it this time, though, I'll just go without her

If the camping platform turns out to be really comfortable, I might tell her that it's OK that she didn't go; I just found a substitute GF for the weekend.

 

I was just thinking maybe we should get this for David @fatfurious2 sort of like what @jberry813 has but different. We don't want David feeling lonely

 

If it comes with the brunette I'm sure he'll be fine with it.

I was really tempted! But June 22nd is my girlfriend's birthday, and I have 0 camping gear!

I will be having a meet up before I leave though, so you'll still get to see me!

I'm just surprised you guys weren't busting my balls more for taking so long on posting the second day.

Honestly there are so many cool places to choose from and that I wanted to go to but I really want this to be a relaxing trip too. I didn't want to push it to drive an extra 50 + miles out of our way to see stuff and then have to rush back. I think this is a good compromise between what we will be seeing and having time to relax for ourselves. I am leaving Sunday open (as I figured some people will need to be heading home). I know other people mentioned they may be going to Maine and with my family we are planning to go see more waterfalls & North Conway. Also just so you guys know I will be bringing my books so if people want to explore by themselves you can ask me to take a look at them to make plans as you guys want.

Yes glad that is all figured out. Now i can add it to my perosnal word do ument and finally feel like the planning is over! Now i can figure out packing/a list of some sort.
