Hell's yes! Was driving cattle through an open pasture when I came up on a spot rooted up by hogs, went right on through and it was so much smoother than before. Can't wait to do some slow mo crawley stuff and flex it out.

Good job! I messed up an ankle and a knee and then found out I have RA and gained like 80lbs. I've gone up and down with working out and eating well but I'm determined not to give up and just be a bum. Every day is a new chance to do better and I'm looking at the long run in trying to be healthier and stronger so that as I get older I can still do the things I love.

 

My only regret is not dropping the $ and doing CO's the first time.

Bummer it sucks getting injured. Same here care more about being healthy than jacked an tanned anymore. I dislocated both shoulders an tore my pectoral minors on both sides had to have surgery. I’ve gained about 80% of my strength back but I’m ok with that. More focused on weight loss now lotta cardio an compound movement excercises.

 

Sounds like it's time for more stuff, and i just happen to have a stealthbox for sale that would fit your truck very nicely.

 

What’s a stealth box? Radio thingy? I’m all stock it blows.

 

I was 165 lbs. of pure muscle when I graduated. I’m 205 now and I haven’t even lifted my truck, let alone weights.

Drinking, working in the music scene, and the “busy schedule” excuse put me where I’m at. My wife was a gymnastics coach and when we look to back to meeting 9 years, we were significantly healthier and better looking

I was a healthy 220 blowed up to 300-310 back down to 240ish gotta put in some more work. It’s my diet that hurts me the most. My wife she’s a health conscious person I’m like eff it tacos an brewskies.
Time to get started on lifting truck an yourself. First 2 weeks sucks being sore but you feel yourself get stronger an see some results it gets addicting.

 

That’s sexy it won’t fit that’s where I keep my recovery gear an some tools.

I cleaned my garage out last week. The result was a clean(er) garage and the realization that I need to get off my fat ass and sell the vast majority of crap that I have because all it's doing is collecting dust.

Grade fucking A positive attitude.

While healthy is obviously a priority, I prefer to be infected by swoleosis.
