The dealership did an alignment on my truck and now it drifts to the right at freeway speeds.

I noticed that the caster settings were different for each wheel.
Drivers side is set at D, Passenger side is set at B. I went from no rubbing, to rubbing like a mofo on the passenger side with 255 80 r 17.

    Thoughts?

I'd ask why they changed the UCA caster instead of just the alignment cams.

I'd think both UCA settings for caster should be the same but camber adjusted accordingly

I agree with this. Both UCA's should be set the same, then fine tune with the lower if needed.
