Right before I bought mine, I joined the forum (to look up some silly 3rd Gen stuff) and I somehow came across this thread. I found @EatSleepTacos story quite interesting (how he just needed a truck and all). I came back to it later and I've been quietly stalking "The Lair" as it helped me to get away from "What Have You Done to Your 3rd Gen" thread. Sooo, this silliness is therapeutic to me, lol

 

This always doubles as a Singles Mingle thread too. You just have to be on at the right times.

Forums are great sources of information and every time I get into something I join them. At first like you and so many others, I wanted to learn about my truck. When I joined I was invited and welcomed to the Maryland Thread by @AR15xAR10. That was June 7th, 2017 to be exact. Crazy bunch of peeps over there. It's nice to have a home base.

Here, things are just as crazy but more diverse. I don't mind some of the sideways stares since I have a 3rd gen. I have thicker skin than most. I do feel just as welcome here. It's nice. Less BS than out there in some of the other threads I sub to.

There are some guys on here I would trust my truck to and Randy is definitely one of them.

Working on the other side right now. It’s amazing the difference between a brand new 6” cut off disc and a worn down 4.5” disc. This thing is beast. For reference, that’s a NEW 4.5” next to it.

 

Nice. Still blows my mind though.
