    Biggest problem with Utah is 3.2 beer. Couldn't do it. But love being close enough to visit all the good spots out there

    I had some issues at my old house with mine. Have you painted the truck? Also, this time of your you have to flood them with water a couple times a week to get them to come back.

    I was thinking brew beer as well. State stores are expensive. But then my mom that recently moved to st George either makes the 2hr drive to Vegas to stock up on wine or has me bring her a few cases when I visit

    About the only couple of plants in my backyard I have not killed yet. So I am not a green thumb but love my orange tree and get awesome oranges every year. Always make sure my drip system is good to go for them, fertilize Feb, May, August and if the top leaves are looking faded I spray them with water and increase the amount from drip system for a week or two.

    Brewed my own for 6-7 years and had a great setup! I just had too many hobbies and that one made me fat. It was a 6-8 hour day to brew a 10 gallon batch, then 2-3 months before it was ready. Fun but too time consuming.

    Nice. Yeah I just helped a friend brew some for my first time last weekend. Fun, but now we have to wait like 6 weeks to drink it? I'd have to constantly have staggered batches going to sustain my beer intake

    I told him he could stick to brewing us beer and I'd start distilling whiskey

    Once you get a good stock of stuff and good rotation it is not bad. One reason I went to 10 gallon batches so I did not have to brew as often and try different yeasts in same recipe.
    Going to kegs made things much easier too!
    Miss being able to go to the tap and fill up at home!! Of course that did lead to some oddly cut bushes and yard once or twice.

    Just to add my $.02 to the state listings...

    KS -> AZ -> CA -> AZ -> CO -> AZ -> IL -> ID -> UT -> ID -> AZ (in 5 days...)

    Arizona is by far my favorite state. It's the primary reason I'm leaving my current job and taking a new one down in Phoenix. It's home, and I love it.

    That is close to what I had!! The tap I had was much nicer and a 4 tap system. The other chest freezer was used for fermentation and lagering. My kitchen/dining area was pretty much a full service bar!
