This is how my pinch weld was flattened.
    Cuts then hammered over.
    Helps a lot.

Be very cautious of that. Most people hammer outwards, and they’re fine as far as leaks go. Some people will cut it to help fold it over, and then find they have leaks afterwards. Obviously a skilled welder can help avoid this, but proceed with caution.

Also I saw you’re running 285s. I’m running 295s, which are 1/2” taller and 1/2” wider. That, along with other variables, would explain the difference in rubbing.

I've had a mounted 315/75r16 on my truck. It hits plastic flares and actual fender for now when at full stuff. This will change very soon.

    Must have 35's......

I have 1.25" spacers up front which if I removed, I may not rub @all.
Thanks for the heads up. I only need about 1/2" so I won't cut all the way thru.

Well you seemed a bit offended by my comment regarding "Lying, dont wheel and/or street queen"
It wasn't directed at you and was more of a general statement.

Yeah I’ve got spacers too. Needed them to clear my UCA and I didn’t want to get rid of my tundra wheels, or buy expensive wheels I was going to chew up in the rocks.

    A thing or two...
Were their trucks Prerunners or 4x4? Also, what years.

Maybe they changed it with the facelift in 2012 or later. I know older Prerunners don't have zerk fittings.

Check your local hardware stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, TruValue). If there's a Fastenal near you, they might have it.

Thanks. Guess I've never looked much past the wood screws and nails at Lowe's. I'll check there.

Fastenal was special order with a 25ct box minimum and more shipping than the bolts are worth.

Look in the 2nd gen parts marketplace. I just seen one for $60. Be careful looking, because that place will hurt your wallet.

Ace. Fuck Lowe's. They'll have four sizes of grade 8 you won't need.

Every truck is different. I got my 35s from @SCSPerformance and he had some rubbing issues despite being LT and running a ton of caster. On my truck tubular Icon UCAs w/ ext travel shocks, max CMC, 3.5 degree of camber and the truck rubs very mildly at full lock, in reverse while flexed. One direction is worse than the other. Vertical clearance is a total non-issue. I still might throw on some other UCAs to get more caster but I'd take the truck to Baja today with zero concerns.
