Still need an excuse to make it out that way and stock up :annoyed: But, still gonna try the B&B ones next and see how those are. I was impressed with the GMG blend this past weekend, but their pellets are larger and the cost is a bit more too. So many brands and flavors to try :D

Excellent glad to hear it. Might be what I talk the wife into, looked at the MAK again and their prices for what I want are just a little too high. I like the new Traeger also and have been super happy with my current one.

Maybe he has such great fishing prowess that he is able to make the fish jump straight out of the water and onto the smoker?

The Mak was a tough one to pass on. I was really impressed with their controller and all the various programs you can set up. But with WiFi as an option, I guess I can still do the same thing.

Ya their prices are just a little too high though. I was looking at them the other day, I also am not real happy with the look of the ones on their site now. Ya I'm picky that way lol.

Used to shoot tree rats in the avacodo groves, hate guac but a squirrel mariante from the inside is great.
Yeah know all anout safe handling on rabbits. Once got my 10 one morning and not one was eatable, pelts were good but that was all.

    Going fishing now....

Ok Weber folks, do they only make these in 22"? I was looking for a 22 premium for tailgating season but would grab this one if big enough upload_2018-6-5_16-48-30.jpg

Any difference in that and this one other than the table it’s in? Don’t really need that part:

That's a great deal too... if you don't want / need the table, snag it. Only difference is lack of table, plus the two coal baskets. Also the lid hanger, those are kinda nice.

I would get the one with table, you'll probably use it, plus you get the lid hanger and two coal baskets. And its 10 bucks cheaper.

    gents.....

I just threw 2 racks of st louis style pork ribs on the smoker (oklahoma joes 3 in 1).

If I shoot for 275 degress, ROUGHLY how long am I looking at?

Im used to spare ribs and a totally different grill which used to take 2-2.5hrs (no thermometer on the old one tho).

    Its 5pm right now

Just go till they bend over when picked up. At least 70 * bend . The bones will slightly start to pull out of meat. Probably 4 hours

Could foil wrap at 2 hours for an hour, then unwrapped back on to set back up for 30 mins.
