    Will the 886 coils with the 90021 (soft-ride) struts be a proper set up with 125lb bumber? Or should I step up to the 887?? I'll be adding a winch shortly so thats a consideration too.

    Thanks!

    Interested in knowing this as well. I've got the 885's with the 90021's but as I add armor and eventually a winch i might need to change the coils.

    You will need to for sure if you run a plate bumper...winch and armor, no doubt about it.

    I’m changing them out for new fox 2.5s but I have this setup now. I have a US Offroad bumper and superwinch with synthetic line. I had to add a 1/2” spacer to the driver and 1/4” to passenger to get back to 2.5” of lift.

    Thats the input I need, thanks! I ordered a 1/4" spacer for the Taco Lean.
    2007 Tacoma Double Cab 4x4
    Current measurements on level ground with stock bumper and headlights removed and 3/4 tank of gas are;
    LF 20"
    RF 20.5"
    LR 21.5"
    RR 22"

    In your opinion how was the ride? Stiff?

    Good to know. I’m afraid I might be in the same boat one day and just get a full set of King’s or maybe the new BP-51’s.

    The ride is not harsh it’s pretty smooth overall. It is jarring over bumpy roads, or when off-roading but on road it’s been fine. I’m only upgrading because I want a more plush ride, and adjustability. I opted for the DSC front and CD adjuster rear.
