I paid the same for mine, only extra I had was about $1500 more for the Toyota 8 year 125k extended warranty.

Really this year marks the 1st time there has been any incentives to buy a Tacoma. Others a posting crazy low OTD prices on one of the threads. Some hard to believe! Yours sounds a bit high but shake it off & drive it like you love it!!!

Paid 42,000 for the same with 0.9 interest, traded in a 14 sport with low miles and ended up financing 14,000 over 5 years for 245.00 a month

I do not know California nor have a bought a vehicle there. However, here in NH - yeah you WAY overpaid, but does it really matter in the long term, 72 month or life of vehicle? You have a awesome, reliable, utilitarian, safe truck that will provide many miles of safe and fun adventures..... I think your good.

If you got it in Feb 2017 that was about what they were going for with how fast they were selling and how hard they were to find on a lot. They really weren't making that great of deals on them at the time. I know when i got mine in December 2016 there was hardly any wiggle room on the price because they knew tomorrow someone would come in and buy it. I had 6 dealers with in 1-2 hour drive that i would keep tabs on and they would at best have 1-2 Tacoma's on the lot at a time.

Also one other thing to remember people tend to fudge the numbers on what they really paid... Either remember what they wanted to pay or just round down by a lot.

This. Most dealerships I went to had a "if you dont buy it for sticker, someone else will later today" mentality when I was looking for mine.

I also agree that a lot of people just flat out lie on what they paid, for what reason who knows. People saying they paid $29K otd for a fully loaded limited etc. lets see the paperwork LOL

Mine was 1.90%, but I know there's many factors. That's why I said to me specifically it looks high. It's still not bad, just high to me.

I don't think that you really over paid for your truck. Some people get really good deals on here when they get lucky and the truck is on the lot that they want, its a left over, they have bought vehicles in the past from a dealer, they don't have sales tax, they lie etc...

Be happy and enjoy your truck. You could be one of the many that gets screwed super hard when they buy a used Tacoma

you did not get ripped off. Some may get better deals depending area or supply or dealer making quota at last day of month or something. Do not worry about if some others may of did better and some did not i am sure. I can tell you from some deals people have got on their trucks they did better than me by at least $2000 and some have paid more than i have by about that .

plus his was 72 mo not 60 which sometimes changes. My Pro was excluded and I had to go through my Credit Union and I only got 3.54% on 48 months . I got mine 6 weeks ago and could of took the off road at 1.9. I debating paying mine off instead of leaving it financed. My CDs are only bringing 1.8 for 2 yrs

The dealership made money on the transaction but they didn't rip you off. I'd say the deal was about average. No need to get out of the truck though...that will only cost you more and be a waste. As far as the loan you can easily change that total interest paid by over paying every month or putting lump sums into it. You pay WAY more interest in the early months of a loan than the final months.

Toyota was running a special last month .9 for 36 mo., 1.9 for 60, and 2.9 for 72. Apparently this is not something that they usually do on the Tacoma so I jumped on it.

My Credit Union offered me 2.49.

    Interest rates are definitely rising.

When I bought my 18 in February, Toyota had 0% for 60 months on 17's. But I really wanted cement so I have 1.9% for 60 months. That color cost me $1200 in interest
