That's the one. I was inquiring about the nearest Jack 'n the Box and my co-workers told me where and then mentioned that I should also try Duke's. They said that they're pretty good.

I know that if you guys have never been, but "Fantastic Burgers" off of Cherry Ave (north) near the Long Beach Airport right next to the Boeing building has super good burgers and fries. I went their a few times when I had to go to job sites.

 

Let me know when you want to grab some grub? I get out at 4 and can wait if need be? Just say when.

 

Next week some time for sure. I get out around the same time.

I pass by this place each time I goto work. I always wonder if there burger any good, I haven’t been. I think there a strip club next door also. Lol

So 4yr’s ago when Naugles opened up the location at the snack shack on the beach(PCH,Huntington Beach)i went the first week it opened.
There was a guy who continually kept asking me what i was going to order and it was kinda weird.He was also asking me if i knew what Naugles was all about.I told him my friends and i were referred to as”Nauglitos”back in the early 80’s because we used to frequent the location in Fountain Valley(Warner/Bushard)and that’s what the Hispanic dude used to call us.In 1983 that same location became Del Taco and still is Del Taco today.
So back to the guy who was somewhat weirded me out.I told him that i actually wanted a hat and he said merchandise wasn’t available yet but only for employees.That’s when i realized he must be the owner or something.He ended up giving me a hat.His name is Christian(don’t remember last name)and he owns the one in Fountain Valley(Talbert/Euclid),PCH,and was supposively opening another location in Huntington Beach(Warner/Bolsa Chica)about a yr ago but that isn’t happening now as i found out yesterday.
For those of you who know my girlfriend Tina she works at the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort(PCH)and they own the snack shack property location that Christian rents out for Naugles.She found out that there will be another location opening up to be determined and that the hrs of operation on the PCH location will be available more openly as summer is practically here.

What is the macho burrito?

 

Just a loaded combo burrito with beans,beef or chicken,cheese and sauce.Was kinda the trademark for Naugles back in the 80’s.Obviously sounds simple but is a goodie.And potentially dropping the kids off at the pool experience,lol!

 

Ahh if its a colon cleaner you know its good, as long as its solid, if its a wet burrito colon cleaner, not so good haha
