Check in the Midwest for sure. That seems to be a common configuration for this area.

Thats a deal. I am guessing if this had been in CA, it would have been more like $35k ish?

I almost went with Lithia! They matched Kendall’s offer but only on 2017’s and not 2018’s. This was 6 months ago though. You got a great deal!

Yeah that kind of makes me feel like I should have waited a while. I paid 35,000 without the tech package. I'd really like to have the tech package and leather. Seriously missing auto climate control and easy to clean seats.

For comparison's sake.... it's $34,455 before TTL (as these vary by locality)
    Thanks for posting.

    none yet.
Just got my 2018 TRD off-road with tech package, all-weather mats and bed mat (was told it was not optional but were add-ons) for $32,200. Live in southern california so 10.25% taxes added on top of that.

Shopping around and found a the truck I like but has some extras that i was not necessarily looking for.
    18 TRD OR-4x4 SB Cement
    • Tech Package
    • Premium Package (leather, moonroof, etc.)
    • Bed mat
    • TRD Skid plate
    • TRD Exhaust
    • Predator tubes
    • Paint Protection Film
    • Edge guard
    • All weather floor liner
    • TRD Shift knob
    42,266 before tax....
Is a bit more than I was looking for in price especially with the little addons but certainly a sweet truck.

Thoughts on a target number I should be able to talk them down to???

Right out of the gate I'd tell them to take off the predator tubes (as in physically remove them from the truck). You can do them yourself for a lot cheaper than the dealer will charge.

Yeah that is a good point, I was also not the biggest fan of them as I worry about catching them on the trail and would likely go to a rock slider style in the future.

Just noticed Toyota's website that they are offering of 1k cash back (socal area). Can you combine that with their 1.9% too?

I talked to a dealer (Portland Oregon) yesterday and he mentioned that... good until 7/9 I beleive. NADA site lists it as an incentive, the window sticker above has it listed as a rebate / downpayment?

Dealer told me that rates went up on the 5th, too. 3.99% locally if I remember correctly. That's just 0.10 over my credit union... but no $1000 incentive if I went through my CU.

In 2012 when I bought my Taco, I remember it was $750 cash back in which they subtracted it from the purchase (instant).

Yeah I think it's effectively the same.

Kinda want to see what these guys will do if I offer $500 below invoice before rebate.... can't hurt to try.
