Thanks for the feedback, @mdiprimio! I REALLY like the black wheels on a sand color Tacoma!

I think as long as you made sure the edges, sides, and corners of each decal were all properly adhered to the wheel, you should be good for a long time! My husband had his on since the the beginning of last August with no issues at all, it lasted through hunting season/off roading, Louisiana floods, snow/ice, 100 degree weather, and weekly powerwashing. I changed out his glossy black decals for matte black a few days ago and his original ones looked like they were not planning to go anywhere anytime soon!

Doh! I meant the TRD sticker on the end of the bed. My mistake.

I did create something for the end of the truck bed, but @sxe4533 hasn't allowed me to test it yet!

If there is something you have in mind, you can always ask me and if I can create it for you, I will.

I finally installed mine. Thanks for the great product! This will hold me over until I pick up some black wheels. I used the water transfer but I rushed on some decals which resulted in some silver showing (totally user error). However, it's good enough when looking at the wheels from a distance, at night :D

Oh no! Do you have any of the extra decals left? They are not too hard to swap out! If it bothers you and you are out of extras, message me and I can get you a few more sent out to cover the mess-ups. The goal is to have them look good, up close and personal, during the daylight!

Thanks for the feedback and photos!

I think I have 3 left. My issue was that I used too much water and I did not have a squeegee so I used the finger technique which isn't really as good as the squeegee technique you were using. In other words, I had bad technique and was impatient :D

To be honest, I actually only sprayed the top of the decal (while it was still on the paper backing) at first until @sxe4533 was like "what are you doing??" But, it was working out fine! So, if you feel that you may be using too much water, then try spraying the top of the decal only. When I sprayed the wheel and decal, it was a very light spray on both and it had almost the same effect as spraying only the top of the vinyl. I experiment a lot!

You can also use a plastic Costco or Sam's Club card, if you have one, to push the water out as you go. It won't be as thick and rubbery, so use caution, but I used them on other decals before I discovered the squeegee.

The center decal was difficult to stick on good with out folding it a lil so I left them with out. I'm super happy though .

Is the matte black wheel vinyl color what most of these pictures are? I want to black out my wheels and I am definitely considering this option.

There are probably slightly more glossy black photos than matte black. The pictures I added on page 8 are the matte black, the pictures at the beginning of the post are glossy black. It's all personal preference, but they both give the same effect.

oh no! Those were always the easy part for me, but I'm used to working on circle surfaces with wine glasses.

Just noticed my inlay emblem is raised. I guess I should checked this first but dumb question... how will inlay work in this case? I thought it was a round surface.
