How do I get into bios?

 

A little more info now that I have some coffee in me... Boot failure on device could also be saying that something is messed up with secure boot. The hardware itself might be okay. Have you tried running the Dell diagnostics tool? You can get to it by hitting F12 when the computer posts.

 

when its starting up (Before you get to that screen), you should be able to tap F10 or F12 (depending on the system) to boot to BIOS.

Down arrow to diagnostics and press enter. Takes about 45 mins to run.

That's how I feel with a wrench in my hand. Batteries and windshield wipers? Fine. Anything else and I get lost pretty easy.

No, as I said in my first reply. This is not a good error to have. Equate it to potentially blowing your motor.
