    Hello,
I have been saving and really want to get some new wheels for my 2017 Tacoma TRD off road. I currently have the OEM wheels and tires on mine. I hate the gray wheels with bright highlights as my Tacoma is Quicksand and I have been trying to black out all the chrome.

So, I had thought I found a couple of options, but cannot get any feedback on them. I really like the look of the 2012-2016 Toyota 4Runner 17 inch Black TRD Wheel (PTR20-35110-BK)
but its a 17 inch wheel and my factory tires are 16. So, I would like something that will allow me to use my factory tires until I need new ones.

I would love to find something tan/black, but that seems impossible.

So, any suggestions on some nice black or tan wheels that will fit my need?

    Thanks

The only thing with the Black Rhino Armory wheels is that it's 9.5" wide. Means you have to put wide tires on, at least 295's.

Yea.... I originally considered the black rhino Armory, but then decided against it.

I guess I might have to do something like this. But was really hoping I could just find something that I could use now

I know for most truck tires the manufacturer does not recommend it because that will give the tire stretch. It'll fit but it'll look goofy. I think "tyresize" website was designed for cars and there are people who like the stretched out look there.

Here are the spec's from BFG

Could be but I did see that the max width they recommended for that size wheel was a 275, which I thought was odd. Probably the safest way would be to contact the manufacturer and just ask them, or maybe someone like Discount Tire. There is too much garbage out there on the Internet. :)

This is what I may just do. I like the looks of the Goodyear Wrangler Duramax, so perhaps i will get a set of those to go with the 17" wheels i mentioned above.

I need to look into how to plasti-dip my OEM TRD off road tires........?

It must be easy. All the cool kids do it.

YouTube will be swamped with tutorials.
