Holy crap. Glad to hear hes whole.

Not to be a vulture, but when he decides what hes doing with the truck, let me know. I need a power plant for the jeep if he parts her out.

Apparently it's a common problem with pixel 2's, seems to be largely a software issue not hardware. They just haven't released any updates to fix it yet.

Lol, I doubt he'll hang onto it, likely let insurance take it on the total. He had been talking about getting a van instead for a while now. I'm just bummed because I was trying to get him more interested in doing some off roading with me.

Hey Jason, since it seems like you know what you are talking about, how do you feel about front locker? I am not sure if I should get the front ARB front locker or not. I will be ordering 4.88's next month from ECGS and installing it myself. Biggest pro that I can think of is since I will have to the whole thing apart, might as well do the locker. But, on the other hand I do have a rear e-locker and usually it is enough most of the time.

    ...too much shit to list.
Loaded question. Depends on what your plans are. I have a front locker and it's saved me before. It's also screwed me before. If you do get a front locker, never reverse down an obstacle with it locked. Unless you have a spare inner tie rod and don't mind changing it on the obstacle.
As with any modification, you just have to know the limits and try to drive within the limits. Adding a locker now is a lot easier and cheaper to do during a re-gear than to add a locker later in 2 years. FWIW, if I regear, I add lockers. Even my wife's soccer mom mini-van short bus has dual lockers.
