    Hey guys,

I'm pretty new here but have lurked around a bit over the years. I'm from Tehachapi California which is in the southern tip of the Sierra Nevada mountains and on the western border of the Mojave Desert -- tons of wheeling and dirt biking out here.

I used to have a 1988 Toyota Pickup with the 22R but sold it to some Guatemalans off Craigslist who said they were going to take it back to Guatemala. It might have a .50 cal mounted in the back by now. Should have kept it..

About a month ago I bought my first Tacoma, a 2007 Tacoma Access Cab V6 4x4 6-speed and I love it. It only had a 74,000 miles on it and was all stock. I've started doing a few mods like new rims/tires, floor mats, seat covers, and aux jack mod. Hoping to turn it into my mountain assault vehicle for adventures through the Sierras and surrounding desert area.

Looking forward to getting involved here. Looks like an awesome place. :headbang:

Na. I took the money, they took the truck and I said adios. It ran really bad, but thinking back I bet it was just a misfire from a bad plug wire or something.

    Thanks everyone for the welcome!
