I think @EddyRRT has it won with his sauce for the piggy or any other meats. I'd like to say that my Eastern Carolina style sauce could beat it but his is very complex and as Carter said you can put that stuff on a biscuit and it'd make it better!

 

Did you want to borrow one of my tents? If you want we could meet on my way to the butcher to pick up the piggy fri morning.

So in ordering Pat I ordered him head and feet on so whoever brings their dog we can fry up some stuff like the ears. Plus if you've never had the jaw meat you're missing out and I suggest you you try it.
