    Ladies and Gentlemen,

    This thread is for all of us Texans who have interest in being healthy, staying fit, and becoming - dare I say it - swole.

    There is already a TW Health and Fitness thread, but I thought it would be nice to have a thread for Texans. Might also help inspire people to partner up at the gym, share recipes, and discuss their own experiences on their journey to a healthier life and living with swoleosis

    @Biscuits. Let's talk more about getting rid of my man boobs. Moobs. Torpedo tits. have tried working out pretty solid. didn't help. My pecs got bigger underneath. Haven't bought chemicals in the mail yet, but my buddies say that will make them go bye bye. I hate them. I am about to hug a running pushmower!!

    In! Even though I might look like I work out, cause I do love me some Tacos! They're my weakness. Oh and nachos and burgers and anything fried.......you get the picture. I do try my hardest to stay as healthy as I can. Looking forward to seeing tips and recipes from others

    It really depends on what exactly is the cause of the breast tissue. If it's fat then your best and safest route is fat loss through body transformation and permament lifestyle change. However, if the tissue is a result of gynecomastia, then you have a few options to choose from. If you choose to go the pharmaceutical route, your best bet is either Anastrozole or Tamoxifen. Both can be prescribed by a urologist who specializes in the male reproductive system or a endocrinologist. If you do have gynecomastia, surgery may be your only option.

    Well in boot camp I went in weighing less than 150, had them then. Came out weighing over 180, still had them. Lifting twice a day and could run 1.5 in under 12 min repeatedly, still had them. so I guess the first step is to try cutting out all fat first and see if it changes them.

    That’s impressive . My numbers currently Bench 350ish, squat 485 deadlift 550 at a husky 235

    I feel ya on that if I don’t work out it’s beers for sure. I’m more cardio focused now to get back to a normal weight.
