    At the hospital I’m at. I will say it super laid back with a lot of down time. Was almost a culture shock going from retail filling 700+ scripts a day

    That's about how many we do at my current pharmacy. I work in the ghetto too so it's... fun lol. My last pharmacy we did around 250 a weekday, but my boss would call me an idiot and treat me pretty unfairly on a regular basis. I thought I wasn't good at my job but I'm a lead tech where I work now so. I fear transferring for that reason; I like the people I work with and the respect, but the insurance is crap, the atmosphere is toxic at times, we are hardly trusted to reconstitute mixes, and the pay, lmao. The pay is just so bad.
