Man had the best job on the planet IMHO. Just goes to show you that what goes on behind the scenes is, and will always remain, shrowded in darkness.

    So incredibly sad.

@Bigdaddy4760 , I sat down at a restaurant the other day and ordered 3 lbs of mud bugs. They brought them out, and they were the smallest ones I have ever seen anybody cook. Then I tasted one and they had cooked them in he same water they had just boiled shrimp in. I complained to the manager and he took them back and I left....smh. all I want is some good crawhfish.

hell, even big ones are a workout not to be fiending when actually hungry, small ones aren't worth the work IMO........even if they were cooked right.

my guess is it depends on how old of a fawn and if you know it is in fact an orphan but I'd probably start by contacting Tx Parks and Wildlife or a local game warden.

That sucks and good for you for saying something. There is very few places that I will eat crawfish for this reason. They continue to boil everything in the same mix. I will pay the difference and get select grade only, I want everyone to be happy and fat with a buzz.

TPW will be more interested in the shots and wear it happened than the fawn. They will probably not do much for it, but you should report it, unfortunately the fawn was still on the tit and will not get what is needed for the first months growing up and will end up being pray to something. You can intervene and take care of it yourself, which I have done in the past but it's sad when it cant defend or take care of it's self. I personally want do it again.
