Oh and got the install done yesterday by @Speed Freek

Such a great overall experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to get work done on their truck in the SoCal area.

I drove to him out in Vista, CA from Los Angeles and would do it again....Actually I will in the future once I get my bumper and armor, etc.

Will be posting pics and stuff soon.

Thanks bro! Yeah I mentioned speaking with you before deciding on him. Says you're a good guy, solid. Feels like most of us on here are decent people. Appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions as well. So happy with the results.

No problem man. Glad to help. He’s a great guy. I’m on the same boat as you and drove all the way from LA but is definitely worth it when you want great work done on your truck.

Your truck looks good. How’s are the Kings treating you? Worth the wait? Haha

So, odd question. Installed my suspension 2 weekends ago. Put in ecgs bushing, king 2.5 extended fronts with adjusters, 650 springs, icon delta joint ucs, Dakar medium leaf pack, extended rear 2.5's, and carrier drop. Overall lift is just over 2 inches. I have started to notice from around 10-30 mph with 20 mph being the worst a slight oscillating vibration. alignment numbers looked good and angles looked fine. Anybody have any experience with this? I was thinking at first that something was wrong with the driveline. Possibly that one of my angles was off or the ecgs bushing was not in far enough, but everything seemed good. At such a low speed I wouldn't think that it would be from a badly balanced wheel or alignment numbers being off. If it was alignment I would expect that at highway speeds I would be feeling more vibration.

Thinking about getting extended travel coil overs with adjusters soon. I have a hidden winch mount with synthetic 10k winch, no other added weight in front. What spring rate would be best, 600 or 650? Might add aluminum armor down the road but don’t want the ride to be too stiff/harsh for now. Right now I am running ome 888 coils and even with the winch they ride too high and are too stiff.

So the Kings feel great, much better ride on the highways than stock. I haven't tested them off road yet but can't wait. Definitely worth the wait, I just realized that they are 600 pre load, dont know if thats good or what the difference is between that and 650, 700 etc...anybody know?

OH and forgot to ask you about the leaf pack. @Speed Freek suggested I dont use the "overload" but that I could add back later....thoughts?

Ran the Kings on the front last weekend and it was great. I noticed my Boss shocks on the rear were bumping around, then I noticed a knocking sound. Yep, the Boss gave up. Not completely blown, but just a matter of time. So I am looking at the 25001-121a and wondering what the difference is with these and the EXT. I have an AAL so I am lifted about 2".

What are the advantages or disadvantages between the two? Does the EXT require extended brake lines with the extended droop?

With the deaver mini leaf pack you are replacing the overload. I went to Deavers to pick up my leaf pack and the guy there even told me that it replaces the overload.

Lol I had to go to Deavers to pick mine up too! JT forgot it was part of my order. So when I picked up everything from him the leaf packs were missing. So I stopped by Deaver on my way to vista.

Does a higher pre load equal more lift?
