    Again
    You’re assuming
You haven’t seen my pricing for shocks
So you have no idea what I paid.
And I have to sell my first kit to fund the new one.

    But keep on keeping on

    Negative
Too many bad seeds in the Mil community have set up stuff in offers of doing good stuff for our brothers and sisters and then only to find out a few years later were pocketing it all *cough wounded warrior project cough cough*

For now I just do my best to build relationships with the companies like king and total chaos and caumburg and such and hope that my efforts work when catastrophic events happen to the truck like they did in December.

It took me until a few weeks ago to have the funds to get the truck out here to California after another transport company stole money from me and a few other setbacks
But now that I’m here I’m trying to work hard, quick, and within my budget

    And btw
    Just to inform the haters
I was forcibly Medically Retired from the Marine Corps in July 2016
I make X amount for the rest of my life because of the damage and issues I have with my body now.
I spent a year in a wheel chair, a year on crutches and used a cane from January of 2016 til now.
Every single sent I get goes to my bills, to my family, and to working with my brothers and sisters in arms to make sure not one more life is lost to PTSD or suicide.
We protect our vets privacy which is why you’ll never see their faces on my Instagram and we educate people about the 22 a day epidemic by attending car shows/events whenever we are able

    It’s just my personal Instagram.

This year I am hoping to open up the #IGY6RescueTruck name as a 501C at which point I will create a separate Instagram for the “brand”

Yeah it's a little wallowed out, that's what I get for running it when I knew it was broken. I'm going to pick up a new one but have a trip planned for this weekend so just going to run it.

I go off of what I see. Perhaps I'm jealous. Either way it's a huge investment dude, and if you can't accept that fact and be cool about it, not my problem. It's the internet.

I can respect that as a priority for use of the truck but it's a scarce correlation to begin with. Just my opinion, I couldn't care less what you do with your resources. I respect you using them to help others, but it's a truck. Again, just my $0.02

    Literally the definition of assuming.

How much did you spend on the suspension for 1 of your trucks?
I’d stand to guess I have spent less.

    But yes
All long travel trucks are an investment and a learning experience
    Especially when shit breaks.

And it’s not an issue of me accepting your opinion
    I just don’t respect it
Because your choice of words and phrasing were all without fact and rude.

And most people in here don’t like having their work or income or investments being cut short of their value by assumptions that we just have money to blow

It's the internet. We don't know you from bob other than you go by caboose and your profile pic. Just saying, there's gonna be a lot of assuming on here, and I'd be willing to bet 50% of it is wrong.

Thank you for your service, but hurry up and build your truck so we can see those purty shocks in action after all the build changes you've gone through in the last year or so

@snowsk8air2 honestly I wasn’t gonna change anymore stuff other than the engine until this rear end turned itself into a bomb

Unless you're helping out veterans out to the middle of the nowhere in the Mojave desert I don't see how you driving a truck while tens of thousands in aftermarket parts that you paid someone else to install helps the veterans. I would think a Prius or an E-series van would be more useful. Don't get me wrong, I'm not looking down on the money spent, I've got retard amounts of money in mine, but let's not pretend we have these trucks for anyone but ourselves.

Not a fan of big organized runs. Always seem to be a clusterfuck. I'd rather be with a small capable group and either take on more challenging trails or faster ones. Though it is a raptor run and could be fun to watch all the ferds break down

Most I've spent is 823 for shocks, a grand for UCAs + leaf pack, and I'm working on hangers and a frame box. That's not how you use the word "literally" but I digress. Like I said, It's an opinion expressed in written form on the internet and I chose those exact words to prove a point, can't help if you're butthurt about it. I've followed this thread for a long time and noticed when you rolled in, installed, and dissed the 2+ kit that you had because it wasn't what you wanted. And now you're springing for shortcourse links, with the solo XLT kit in addition to running kings and bypasses on all 4 corners. Why do you think one would hazard to guess that you have the resources to accomplish that? Guess I'm just here to learn from your mistakes. I will not offer further responses because it ain't worth it. Might give your insta a follow though, looked interesting.

    Cheerio

    Easy to explain brother.

    1. The need to go fast on highways, gravel roads, ranger trails, logging roads. To get to wherever a person may be.
We deal with a lot of go find “John” before he hurts himself

    2. We do a lot of preventative stuff too, like taking them camping for a week or weekend so they can relax and hang with some brothers. And We also take them wheeling and put them in the passenger seat as “A drivers” to get them out of their own heads.

    3. We work with veterans kids too, like taking the kid for a super cool/fun drive.

    4. It’s still my daily driver and my personal vehicle and as a 6’3 disabled dude I don’t fit in cars very well, it’s hard for me to drop down low enough to get into them. My Hips and Spind are basically trashed forever haha

Exactly my thoughts. So when bob jumps 50 feet on stock suspension I can laugh
