cuz I got them brand new off a guy on kijiji for 400 bucks hahaha realistically I probably would have gone with them anyways. second choice would be the JBA ones. a little less expensive and just as good, not adjustable but I know a few guys running them with no complaints and no issues getting the alignment numbers they wanted.

What springs and shocks are you running up up front? UCA'S are pricey.

it wont hurt anything not to put them in right away. lots of people never even bother with them, as long as you stay under 3'' you should be good. I would suggest adding them at some point, but I wouldn't let it hold you back from installing the lift. just pray to the taco lords that ur LCA cam bolts aren't seized lol mine were, now I'm replacing my LCA's and cam bolts. will be buying the TC gusseted cam tabs as well lol the OEM cam bolts retail for 350 from the dealer and 300 on toyotapartsdirect.ca. I have read a lot of threads saying aftermarket cams and bolts are garbage and ware down faster which is why I'm sticking with OEM hardware. cant afford no fancy LCA's tho so I went with Dorman which were still about 700 for the pair lol I also ended up having to replace my sway bar end links cuz I had to trash them to drop the sway bar out of the way to remove the coil over.

Ya staying under 3" for a multitude of reasons, but I doubt ill be coming anywhere near that with all the weight attached to my truck right now haha. I think right now that lift I mentioned above is 1800 all said and done so this is going to be an expensive endeavor haha.

You’ll like it. I have the same set up in the front, and it handles my bumper/winch/skids really well.

Nice, with those 886s and depending on weight your probably going to need UCA's. If your that heavy as it sounds like you could be, you could be ok.

So from what I've heard as well the dakars will fail depending on the constant load if it reaches a constant load of like 300/400?
@Blackout14 offers his here so I'm wondering if I should just go full retard with the lift once as opposed to seeing if the dakars will hold up. Probably looking at 200/250lbs for a constant load

    At an impass here.

Standard duty Dakar’s are rated at 330 lbs constant load and it holds a 3” lift, so that should be good for your needs. I have the older dakars with an AAL and they handle my ~600-700lbs constant load really well.

I've never contemplated a purchase for this long haha since Oct of last year but dropping 2k on something that might cause me some future problems is what's holding me back from pulling the trigger

That’s totally understandable! It’s good to be educated when buying something that expensive.

I love my @Blackout14 springs. I'm glad I didn't get Dakars. That was my other choice.
