New. But I may keep it. long story short, I bought one to replace my damaged one. Company sent it and it got damaged in shipping but i already had the truck apart so i installed it. It had 2 broken tabs due to the poor packaging. I sent them pics and they sent me another one. Now I'm noticing mine isn't staying secure due to the broken tabs. I need to remove it and see if they can be repaired via plastic welding or something. If not, I'll use the 'good' replacement they sent.

I bought it new for I think $130 and a proper box from UPS and shipping will likely cost me half that so that's why I'm not keen on shipping.
