Amazon and searched. CH4x4 is the company that makes them. You can even do custom text.

@Powder taco Are you still able to mount the spare tire?

No sir, I removed it completely. If you went with a smaller 1 gallon tank and mounted it by th side of the spare, that would work fine. ARB actually makes a 1 gallon aluminum tank.

I have the ARB twin with a Slee mount under the hood. Still working on where to put a tank. ARB tank will fit under the Slee mount, but want to use a bigger capacity tank. Thanks for the info.

That my friend is a badass set up ..

Just gave me a idea... want to add a ARB locker... that would be a nice setup for that.. then have access to air and possibly some loud ass train horns for up front lol

What gauge wire did you use for the power to the compressor? Since you said you didn't use a relay, it's possibly you didn't consider wire gauge either. Wire that's too small a gauge can get hot, especially with something drawing a lot of current with a compressor. I'd run it in the driveway for 15 minutes or so, monitoring the wire to see if it heats up. The last thing you want to do is accidentally burn your truck down!

I believe the stock ARB Dual Comp wire connectors are a double 8 gauge power with two 30 amp fuses one for each and an 8 gauge ground. Not sure what the extended harness you can buy from expeditionessentials.com comes with but here is what they say.

Using ARB's exact specs for their supplied harness and stepping it up a notch with higher temp rated wiring. Identical connectors to ARB for a plug and play installation.

6 or 8 gauge wire with inline fuses and there is a relay mounted in the compressor. It’s the ARB supplied harness that is fused and connected to the battery and the same gauge wire back to the compressor.

The ARB harness uses 10 gauge power and ground, Expedition Essentials: we use the same gauge and yes, with higher temp rated wire for additional insurance.

By ARB’s specs on the twin the max length you can go is 25’ at peak draw, we are at 21’ with our harness and theirs combined.

Does anyone have the dimensions of the rear drivers side bed box? I’d like to fabricate my own for a single.

Still holding up great and everything works flawlessly. Jeff@ExE does a great job and makes an awesome product. I even added a Switch pro 9100 in the mix DC8855C0-77AC-4F40-A1B8-D406BCA0893B.jpg

I have already cut it apart, I could not help on that one. The ARB single should fit in the stock box though. I would think.
