Thanks, I wanted to try the leak test as well since I have read up that it leaks slightly. Post up some pics when you get yours. :D

    just a couple comfort items.
Spent 2 weeks in Oregon before I got the tent back there. What little it leaked runs down the sides and right out the bed drain holes. I never got wet sleeping on a air mattress. What little leaks I saw were at the corners. I was real happy in some fairly hard rain a couple nights.

Yeah it leaks a little but I bet if you put some weather stripping down in the corners it would stop it. I plan on building a sleeping platform in mine here shortly.

Its easy you assemble the topper on the ground then move it to the truck and attach it to to the bed rails.

im curious as to how it folds. does it fold flat like a tonneau? and can it also fold up to the back window? if it did that would be soo cool. id def save for one. i was debating building a shitty cap like that just to use for the one or two times camping, then take it off and reinstall the tonneau (that i will buy eventually).

Looks good, I have had one for just about 5 years now. It has held up well, with minor mods. Take a look at Post #3 of my build thread (http://www.steepandcheap.com/?cmp_id=ODAL_DSK5001&mv_pc=r208) and you can see what I had to do after 5 years.

Overall, it is a GREAT product and I would not trade it for anything!

Love mine. I've camped in it once, and camped in my softopper that was on my 06 several times no problems. Water seepage at the corners is minimal. Mine is mostly on the drivers side front corner. I haven't tried any seam sealer or weatherstripping.

I love my bestop, BUT it has one issue. The velcro that holds the front panel to the bed isn't strong enough and can come loose while driving. It will wave and slap the back glass when it comes loose. I will be adding some buttons to hold it more securely.
