    Also, this is the earliest stall I've ever hit. Been sitting at 145 for almost 75 minutes. Was gonna bother paper at 165 but now I'm just going by color.

    If you have a Trader Joe's near you, their Healthy 8 Chopped Veggie Mix and cilantro lime dressing makes one hell of a salad/coleslaw. It's been accompanying more and more steak and pulled pork at our house

    EDIT: Didn't see BBQ based, cream cheesed stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon would be a good one

    I got thrown a curve this morning, haven't started a damn thing yet, i really want to low and slow this chunk 'o' meat i have, so its going to wait til next weekend
    still need to figure out a dinner plan, and i haven't really even had breakfast yet....it's 1pm...i've been up since 7am

    and i have a couple racks in the fridge. But i just got a call, one of my Zamboni's had a wheel fall off, time to go to work ( double time 4hr min ) so, i'll catch up later....
