Thanks Sue. Would have been worse if it had cut into the Achilles. Doc said she needs to stay off it for a week and use crutches:annoyed:. She hates them. I have already planned our meals for the week seeing's she can't stand long. Breakfast burritos from Taco Bell, egg McMuffins a couple of days, Wendy's salads with a frosty or a hamburger for lunch, and for dinner my favorite PIZZA:thumbsup:. Thanks again. Have a good night.

Thanks Mike, she'll be okay. It will take a week or two. Just glad it wasn't worse.

Ouch. Keep that wound clean. You don't want an infection to the achilles tendon.

Sue, I know that this is hard to believe, but I put the garbage/trash out every Wednesday night for Thursday morning pickup without even being reminded. Probably one of the reasons I have been married for 53 years.......to the same beautiful lady.

 I'm sure some guys remember to do it....

Not all are like my ex. I was married to one that would just say "why do you always have to nag me (to put the trash out)" Because it's the ONE job you have, and you FORGET to do it over half the time.

    Thanks Sue! :D
Actually no big deal with the new garbage can they gave me, on average I can put about 4 weeks of garbage in it before I need to put it out by the curb for pickup, so I can forget to put it out once in awhile.
