I searched around but did not see any threads on this. This 3 fold hard cover is less than 1/2 the price of most others I have seen (Rugged Liner, BAK flip, etc.) at $325. Has anyone ordered this? It LOOKs solid..but that does not mean much. Of course, it's from China as expected.

I'd stay away from anything made in China that you're going to spend this much on. Honestly, it's best to front up the cash for something with alot more reliability and if anything a real return policy.

Yeah, well that's the point of the request...I am SO wary that I don't buy stuff like that unless it is recommended. I already have the funds for the Rugged Liner that I had my eye one....just wondering if anyone had any experience with this one.

ok bro chill, if you're already having second thoughts before buying it, your best bet is to probably not buy it. Trying to save you the headache of paying for return shipping costs.

I have a Gator Tri Fold from RealTruck.com and have zero issues with it. Install was easy enough (I even left the bed divider in), and it was only $255. I got it on sale, but I think regular price is $269.

It says made of vinyl and aluminum. I would imagine that means it’s not rigid across the three sections. Not the same as the others.

    Work in progress...
That looks like the one that came on my buddies Ram1500. I seems solid enough. Unlike the Bakflip, you can close the tailgate with out lifting the cover first. I have the Bakflip G2. I love it. But that one looks pretty good for the price.

I bought one of these for 2004 Tacoma Reg Cab and had it on for a couple weeks now. I'm pretty pleased with it getting it for $315 w/ ebay 15% sitewide discount. Being that these are made in China I feel as though they're very generic in terms of fit and rebranded by different sellers. Got mine from these folks https://www.ebay.com/itm/FOR-89-04-TOYOTA-PICKUP-TACOMA-6FT-BED-FRP-HARD-SOLID-TRI-FOLD-TONNEAU-COVER/401619191501?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 they look identical to your post.

I would recommend it for the value. I actually stood/kneeled on top of my tonneau cover as I was installing it and I weigh about 155, I certainly wouldn't jump on it though. Install is rather intuitive. I recommend putting cardboard or foam on the panel by the bulk head since it has a piece that latches onto the bed is metal with a plastic knob versus the other two panels using plastic levers. I would be glad to share photos of it if you want.

The lowest cost/“high quality” hard tri-fold tonneau I’ve seen to date is the Rugged Liner series, with the lowest being somewhere in the $500-$600 range.

Hard to find anything cheaper and decent quality.
