Yeah that's the plan. I'll let it soak for another week (Kroil wont show up til next week), and then if the Kroil doesn't do anything for me I'll just ship all the Uniball parts to Camburg and let them do it. If one is having this problem, would rather just buy once cry one on shipping. Like you said, I feel like I've reached the end of my skillset and toolset and it's not doing anything, so would rather let Camburg beat on it on hopefully if they break something they'll replace it, but I won't hold my breath. We shall see.

I’ve seen kroil work first hand after all the major brands failed to remove frozen yaw bearings from about 90 wind turbines. We tried multiple penatrants over a 1 year period and not a single one broke loose till we used kroil. I’ve also used it in the shop on everything from exhaust to suspension. It gets into tight areas much better but due to its thin nature it doesn’t stay around long.

With that said I live in so cal so I was using it on high torque applications not on things that are rusted beyond repair.

Interestingly, in the first video I shared, the ATF 50/50 home brew was one of the top three in effectiveness. Only beaten by heat and slightly by liquid wrench. When you factor in how cheap it is to make this brew, it was a winner.

I cant see Jeffs kit being that rusted. its only a few yrs old. I think its either bent in the cup or he just needs to use some heat. grab a torch at home depot.[IMG]

As @Basikbiker said, this will not actually have an effect on suspension characteristics, the only thing those offset rod ends will accomplish is changing the angle of the panhard but you need to remember, that won't have any effect on suspension characteristics. What does make a difference is changing the point locations where you links connect i.e. raising the link mounting locations, making the links longer etc.

I don’t want to call Downsouth and bug them for a simple question I can maybe get answered here.
I was wondering about extended rod ends. I’m unsure the height of rod end I’m going to need. How tall is a standard rod end on a 16” fox coilover? I just need to clear 2.75” from eyelet to where the rod end comes to the coil plate.

ya'll need to assemble everything with anti seize. If you have a shop do your work request anti seize on everything. Even new shocks. I would pull the heims out and reassemble with anti seize.
