Ya I have the same uppers as you. I’ll ask the alignment shop today. I think I’m close thread wise. Worst case if it sags a little later I can just go more.

Yes, this is correct or also referred to as positive caster. I'm running -38 mm offset F5's and besides more pre-load (but not too much), adding more positive caster will help clear you from rubbing. The other thing you should do is cut your inner fender lining and also flatten the pinch weld behind it with a BFH if it continues to rub.

When you say you rub at the inner fender plastic what do you mean exactly? Because I think im in the exact same boat as you.

Is there anyone is salt lake with King’s on their 3rd gen that I could chat with about their set up and check it out in person? Looking into upgrading but want to check it out in person before pulling the trigger if possible.

No, that part has all been cut away. It looks like I had it cut to far up, so the plastic started to curl in and would catch on the tire when it was stuffed. I’ve since taken a heat gun to it. One side looks good the other side is going to require another treatment. Eventually, it’s going to come out.

Just out of curiosity, is there a minimum amount of lift required for these?
if I were to get 2.5 extended travel Kings and set them up so that I only get like 1-1.5” of lift, would that give me more down travel? Or am I completely wrong on how shocks work lol

I plan on getting Camburg uniball UCAs with these and want to them up for best performance, and not too much lift.

Still playing with mine, but right now my adjusters are cranked all the way to hard, which I’m kinda liking for a DD.

Had them set all the way soft, which I didn’t care for on any terrain.

Going to try tha rears in the middle and go from there.

I set mine at 10clicks in the front I may go firmer. 8 in the rear. Still testing. I was told that all the way soft is basically just spring now. I’m also trying to lower the preload a bit but need a cmc done. Got the plates from
Bamf and scheduled for Friday. Also the alignment allowed me to drop at least one full turn of preload and still doesn’t rub the mount where prior to alignment it did at this setting. The less pre load you have the better. Rides sooo much better the only prob is my Scs wheels have -10 offset. Remember this when purchasing rims. It plays a factor in how much rubbage you will get with 285s. I’m planning on dropping at least 2 or 3 more turns after. That’s about 8ish threads showing on 600 springs.

    2018 TRD OR DCSB MANUAL
Hey guys, so I have a vibe and I'm a little lost on where it may be coming from. Installed my kings front and rear, icon ucas with delta joint, dakar medium leafs with carrier drop, and while i was in there did the ecgs as a preventative. Running on a 2018 OR manual with 285/70/17 ridge grapplers.

Around 20 to 25 its worst but still not crazy. It almost sounds and feels like it's oscillating which is leading me to believe that one of the Driveline angles are off. I do feel it in the steering wheel. Now I know that a lot of people here are running the same exact thing with no issues. There is still slight vibration after that but nothing like 20 to 25 mph. Went and got a another alignment and tire balance today and everything was good. Took a test drive and put it into four-wheel drive and I still feel the vibration. It is also there in neutral. Anyone have any ideas or have experience this? Is it possible that I might have to shim the rear? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I installed a carrier drop kit. Aligned after setting ride height. No vibz I have same leafs but with TC arms and kings. That may prevent the vibrations

Appreciate all the help and feedback from everyone in the thread. Finally got around to installing the new suspension. Pretty stoked with the outcome so far, gonna give everything a once over in about 100 miles, and hopefully take it on a shake down run.97387850-749F-4314-8BDB-33E3CE079B3D.jpg C94E3380-9338-4B39-B8D7-AAC663360AAE.jpg

Are the rear shocks with the compression adjusters worth the extra $$ if the front shocks won't have the adjusters? (I have front shocks already, looking to buy rears)

I don't have any aftermarket shocks, so take this FWIW, but I would assume if you could only have adjusters on either front or rear, to go with the rear. Would allow for adjustment based on load capacity in your bed for a good ride empty or completely loaded..
