    Chest pump from today. We’re going to the beach later this week so I’m gonna track my cals for the next few days to tighten up a lil bit.

    Do fasted cardio and slowly drop your water intake 1 gallon, to 3/4 gallon, to 1/2 gallon to 1/4 gallon. You'll tighten up.

    I’ve heard mixed things about water and sodium manipulation. Some say it works and som see it as a “fad” and over compensating for lack of “leanness”. I’ve always just modified my carb intake and kept my sodium and water the same and I’ve done ok with it.

    I do like fasted cardio, though.

    I’ve changed up my sodium in the past couple months. I don’t measure it but I basically just salt everything. I think it makes the muscles look “fuller” but it also retains water which isn’t helping my softness. Maybe I should cut it back out while I’m cutting and only add it when I’m bulking :notsure:

    Hello! I'm really bad about eating breakfast, but I'm good at making myself a protein shake just about every morning and wondering what other things do you think that I should add to my shakes to keep me healthy/rejuvenated?

    Any thoughts/opinions are welcome :)

    Currently I mix: Almond Milk, Fiber(powder), Protein Powder, Chia/Flax Blend, and frozen fruits{Blueberry, Strawberry, and sometimes Banana's}

    Never tried that tbh. That would thicken up the shake too!

    I used to mix oats, milk, peanut butter, banana, choc whey in my shake and it was pretty thick

    Breakfast is my favorite thing ever. 550am every day. 2 eggs and 10 egg whites scrambled with cheddar bacon popcorn season fuck its beyond good. Also served with a 1/2 cup oats with some erythritol and unsweet almond milk. Fuck I could eat that 25x a day easily.

    If you don't eat a good breakfast you're fucked it's literally most important meal. I mean, all are important but come on. It takes me 5 minutes a day to make this. If you can't commit 5 minutes to make the best food ever........

    It's not a matter of not having the time.. Never said it was. I've just never really been a breakfast person. Different strokes for different folks :thumbsup:

    Personally, I can't stand eggs, bacon is good though haha

    You aren’t eating the right eggs...

    Do you exercise at all or are you just looking for protein shake advice?

    I’m about to switch some of my latter meals of the day of chicken to eggs because I enjoy my breakfast so much more lol

    Really just looking for protein shake advice in the sense of a so to speak breakfast substitute. I work out about 3-4 times a week and try to run the other 3 days. I work out to to stay healthy, not really going for any major gains or anything crazy.

    I'm eating the wrong kind of eggs? What do you suggest? Hard boiled eggs are about the only type of eggs I can really eat and enjoy with the proper amount of salt..
