What did I neglect on my Tacoma today, well I received my front bushing to replace the needle bearing on driver side. Kinda put that to the side for now. Opened some other brown packages, rotopax and snatch block arrived today.94E3CA2C-496F-4F1C-801F-6391A05F1176.jpg 219A0C69-58D9-4946-8A40-91AB39D95F16.jpg 5920ADDC-555E-44E2-8E44-A16F16815963.jpg Thanks to ECGS and there timely service. I will be forced to do this not too exciting mod this week. If I’m lucky my BP-51 kit will arrive and that will save me from the needle bearing removal. Albeit only a day or 2.

I've used Weathertech on multiple vehicles. They are quality products, well packaged and have never had any issues with scratches during shipment/prior to install. There are other brands out there but I've seen the pics...weathertech covers the entire front leading edge of the front windows on the Taco, unlike other brands whose vent visors stop where the window turns vertical. I can share pics later today.

    That would look slick!

I was apprehensive because I’m a total noob, but I took my time and it really wasn’t bad at all. He does a pretty good job of laying out all the steps in video, which is helpful.

Is it restricted in the sense that you can't move the vent once installed or that the vent can only move a certain direction?

You can only move it a very, very small amount...just a couple degrees.

I was concerned about this initially. I installed mine in October....cool/cold weather came and went and now it's full on heat and humidity....95+ degrees.....black truck.....coffee drinker......and I'm normally hot natured. All that said it's been a non-issue for me.

Mine is located on the driver's side right-hand side. I have the other vents pointed my way and all is well.

AVS Visors....so far so good. Thought they'd be a little darker from the inside, but they'll be fine once I get more tint up front. Coverage seems to be full coverage like the weather tech.

    Too much.
Laquer Thinner. Use a small amount on a microfibre rag (like the corner of one), and buff it off using a circular motion. Erases it. No need to rub very hard, medium pressure will work. As soon as the logo is gone, wipe off any residue and rinse.

Ah. Thanks! For some reason, I thought they were "embossed". Just went and checked... Nope, just screened on there.
