This is the deal with quicksand. Applies to any "bold" tan cars out there really. Jeep has (maybe had) an equivalent one.

All has to do with the light and surroundings. Sometimes it looks great, sometimes it looks terrible.

I like all the colors available on the OR but I have white. The lighter colors look really great to me with dark tinted windows to match the black accents on these trucks. I have had really good luck with my Tacoma so far and would still love it no matter what color it was.

I bought the white as you can see. Love both the quicksand and the cement, but I think both are trendy. Look at all the other makes and models...seems they're jumping in on the trend. White is classic although damned impossible to keep clean!

I went with the cement OR with the tech / premium option. Also had them include the Pro exhaust, window tint and clear bra.

Is there something different about Tacoma/Toyota white that makes it hard to keep clean? I've had 3 different white vehicles in that past and always thought they hid light dust pretty well. Mud and heavy road grime not so much but no color is really going to hide that level of dirt.
Also, white is and advantage in our hot as hell Texas summer sun. White would be one of my choices for sure, although I'm love'n my Cement.

This were the same 3 colors I was struggling with upon my 2018 TRD Sport purchase... Quick Sand is a rare color in my opinion and looks amazing specially on a truck, that's the reason I bought the QS!!!

I have a "lunar mist metallic" 2002. Kind of regretted not getting white. When it came time to buy the 2017, I was flip flopping between white and quicksand. One morning out in a parking lot at work, and the sheer number of white trucks in the lot helped me make up my mind....
