I now have 33kms on my 2016 and purchased it used and lifted with 19kms. It only sees light off road and travels 85% hyw. It has a 4inch BDS lift on 275/70/18 BFG's.

It has developed a loud clunk from the rear on moderate accel and decel only. I've gone thru the rear end and susp and can not find the source. I suspect the shackles or leaf packs and read somewhere on the forum about a TSB on this. Can someone please share this.

I'd like to go to the dealer fully informed and see what if any, warranty repair is available.

    Thanks in advance Garry

Sounds like axle wrap.... did you change rear springs or add AALs? I had it from the get go and once I lifted and added AAL's it went away.

Sounds like a basketball rolling around in the bed?

Thx for this - is has stock springs and no AAL's. Thoughts on why it would just suddenly appear?

No idea. My truck did it from new until I upgraded suspension with added AALs in the rear and new shocks.

My u-bolts were loose after they settled in. Torqued to spec and it has been silent since. It wasn't worth wasting time at the dealer for that.
