I'm ready to see you wheel these for sure.
You do need to look at replacing the after market CVs, I snap those often. I have never broke an OEM. When I laid them side by side I could see why OEM are so much better, big difference. I still carry after market as a spare but just to get me home. I don't know if Toyota carries OEM for you truck but they have started selling 1st gen rebuilt CVs for $117.00.

I don't know if that'll happen or not. We'll take everything 1 step at a time. also, these tires were cheap compared to anything anybody else has bought so not really "dropping all this money", actually spending less. would've been 1200$ to buy 5 of the same tire I have now.

where do you buy them from?

Oh yea I know, that's a hell of a deal for 5 35s(ish). I was just saying in general since a regear will be needed regardless, might as well knock out the 2nd locker too since it will all be apart:D

Not to mention, its easier to spend someone else's money when you live vicariously through their offroad life :anonymous:

I bought mine from Camelback Toyota, they are a vendor on TW. But you have to return you old ones or they charge a core charge of $75. It also cost $27 to ship the core back.

Toyota in Decatur wanted $140.00 so it would be cheeper to just get them from them.
All the dealerships have different priced you my find them cheeper around in Huntsville somewhere.

Its the troof! My fear of breaking my DD far exceeds my true desire to wheel! However, the T4R will be paid for this year hopefully and a DD will purchased

when the 4runner is running well just pay ECGS for the 3rd and Clam with ARB then ship yours back. less time down and know it's done right.
