    So for those of you who remember me posting these pics of the skatepark inside of my friends Ladera Ranch gated community housing track i’ve been informed through my friend that i have to sign a waiver slip for liability purposes.

    I have absolutely no problem in doing so for the respect of my friend.The potential problem that my friend said could occur is the association may not authorize it for various reasons.One being that i’m not a home owner in the community.
