Does anyone know where I can get some basic Automotive classes done? I've checked local colleges but it looks like they are all full due to my late request to add the classes :(. I am extremely eager to learn more about automotive repair/maintenance/the whole shebang (for my own knowledge), but there is a limit to how many students are allowed to enroll in classes now (24- instead of 30+ I think) due to this darn "economic crisis". Does anyone know of any special schools that are around Glendale/Pasadena? Thanks!

Try crashing the class. Sometimes you can get in even if it's registered full.

Call up your local high school. Ask them what types of AUTO programs they have or what schools they are affiliatted with. There might be a VO-TECH school they use and/or send their students to for Auto programs.

A Vo-Tech might have classes that you can enroll in.

Do some research to see if there are any local community colleges also.
