cut and hammered my pinch weld but the driver side tire still rubs a lot at full lock. cant imagine how itll be at stuff. thinking of adjusting the caster to increase space between the pinch weld and tire. is this a bad idea? I have LR UCAs so I was just going to adjust it that way and then bring it to firestone.

Increasing caster at the UCA will make the rubbing on your firewall worse.

I really like my hard shell, not exactly a RTT though .563B9805-C569-4C80-AEF4-7DE2AEFC2EA3.jpg

Not really relevant, just being annoying. Hoping to do some good shit to it this summer anyway:thumbsup:.

Currently the tire would rub against the fender flare and the fender liner just like that. I have hammered down the pinchweld and molded the fender liner back. Below are my alignment specs and also settings for the LR UCAs. I have it set at “D” right now on the UCAs. Any ideas on what I can do? I’m planning to take the wheels off tomorrow and hammer more if possible. But not sure what to do about it rubbing at the fender flares.

What do you guys think, add a leaf in my all pro expos. (Going to be adding a bumper soon, and a kayak on the roof more often) or get a custom pack? I’m thinking I need another +250lbish rating

She's getting closer! Got some updates from the shop. Bumper was worth the wait, guys did a stellar job putting it together. Just a few more final touches! Hoping to add a lock between the swing-out to keep anything inside the bed safe!

I like my alcans, I’ve put alot of weigh on them (1100 pounds+ maybe?) and they set fairly level, that’s all I have to say though.

I think you gotta pm him? That’s what people were saying in his thread. Haven’t tried it personally.

If not I’m pretty sure you can also call him directly. I think.

New radiator finally. Top cap had a crack in it for about a year but didn't affect temps. New radiator's been sitting in the garage for a couple of months now. Summer heat kicking in so I figured it was time. Pulled out my TRD thermostat to have a look & it still looked brand new with 170K mi on it. Replaced the gasket & threw it back in.

I'd like to know too. I've got TYCs they're about 6 yrs old now & are starting to yellow. I also don't like the beam they put out but I've got D2R HID bulbs with casper shields. Stock OEM headlights had a much better beam.

I usually only trust Depo when it comes to aftermarket lights but couldn't get em at the time. I'm gonna try the Depos next.
