I've maxed out my Icon tubular UCA's at around 3.5 degree of caster and need another 1+ degree to stop all rubbing with my 35s on the pinch seam. What are my options outside of Icon billet UCAs?

SPC light racing. Or if you haven't already, hammer the pinch weld. But I'm assuming you've already done that

Thanks, I did some reading and it seems like SPC is the best budget option with Icon Billet being the $$$$ option with the highest degree of adjustability. The pinch weld will get a bit more massaging this weekend but it really can't go back much further. CMC is cut back as far as it can go. The rubbing is only present at full lock in reverse with tires that have less than 3k miles on them so not a huge issue overall given it's 35x12.5s w/o LT. Vertical clearance is totally fine including jumping the truck. The rubbing is only at full stuff, flexed out in reverse with a new tire but I would still like to get a bit more clearance.

To anyone who stumbles across this trying to run 35s on a truck without LT, you are in luck. I'm doing it with Icon tubular UCAs currently and I would trust this setup from Hell's Revenge to Baja. Given what I've learned I think aiming for a UCA getting you 4+ caster, like from SPC, is a good idea. And I would also do a cab mount relocation and new fender skirts instead of a CMC and fucking around with the pinch weld.

Hopefully it solves it. Trying to eliminate rubbing with big ass tires is a chore, but it's a necessity. I just had to cut even more of my cab mount off and I'm only running 34s.

Look into a cab mount relocation. A local fab guy said it would only be a few hours of work and was the path he was going to recommend moving forward.

Yes, it is a chore but I expected to have to run LT to fit the 35s without serious rubbing off road so I'm already happy. I'm just trying to get some additional safety net and lay the ground work for 37s in a couple years (definitely LT by then).

I've looked into it, and if I jump up in size then I'll do that. I was just barely rubbing the outer edge, so I should clear now. It was more a fun project because the rubbing itself wasn't bad at all. I don't get to weld much, so I'll take the opportunity every chance I get.

37s is going to be bitchen. Here's a semi local guy with them vs a guy with 285s
