Best option is to keep cutting and hammering.

You could decrease caster at the upper to gain firewall clearance if you're OK with that. Could also add caster with the LCA cams if they're not maxed out.

If I had LR UCAs, I would max the LCA cams for caster, and adjust for camber with the UCA.

I believe it. He's a go-getter. The dude on the after hours internet chat on Camelback's site dodged my question if he works there twice. Ah good for him tho!

I’ll try more hammering tomorrow then and possible try to go get another alignment after. I’m not sure if the fire stone that I go to will know how to adjust alignment for lifted trucks.

@Speedytech7 or others, What is the difference in 95-97 leafs and 98-04? Is it length? Where is the difference, the front hanger?

When did you purchase? How secure is it? The one I helped with was terrible.

flange gasket between cat and muffler on an '04 3.4.

Anyone know the diameter of the pipe? I need to fabricate some extra thick gaskets. Mine keep loosening up and giving me an exhaust leak, ergo the dreaded PO420 code is always soon to follow.

I'm at work and don't have the option of just measuring.

I’m worried That with additional bumper weight it will sag without havin kayaks loaded

Overall length is 3 or 4" shorter, they're Toyota pickup sized leafs

Both hangers, front goes forward one in and rear goes back two for 98-04 leafs to fit

I purchased it this year around february. It feels like it can take a hit from a bull and keep everything safe. The brackets that bolted to the frame are nice and heavy. Good feeling for robustness. I believe ARB have redesigned there products when people complained or had problems with them. They are a good company and it shows in there products.

Eh, I don't remember, Monte might be right. Kind of a moot point because why would anyone go to the effort just to put on 98-04 leafs when the same effort will let you mount up chevy 63s or something even better
