An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
I can't throw stones to much. In the past I was usually the one who listened to the four voices in my head saying "go for it" and ignoring the one voice screaming "you F-ing idiot, don't do it". This conversation in my head was usually followed by "well shit". The older I've gotten the more I listen to that one voice, but occasionally I revert back to my old ways. Although I've never tried to drown my truck. My hat's off to you.

did you check all the relays under the hood? also check every connection under the hood and see if the security anti theft is kicked in. if the cab filled up with water you are going to have to start checking connections and everything under the dash also

I'm guessing ecu. An ecu could look fine and sometimes even test fine but on certain occasions they could be messed up. It happens on small watercraft like jet ski when theyou have been sunk or something like that

I drowned my 88 Toy 4x4 and water went to the computer and drowned an O2 sensor.
I was lucky to have a electronics Detrex machine at work and computer looked new.
tore out interior and cleaned it.
dealer picked it up and replaced computer

next time I think twice before going into un known waters

Should’ve bought a snorkel. And I’m confused on your wording. When you say the engine isn’t cranking, as in you turn the key and nothing happens? Or the engine cranks but doesn’t fire up? If the engine isn’t even turning I would start by checking for power at the starter.
