    This was kind of a wierd build, the guy came to my house and was there start to finish. It's the .125" so the definition isnt as pronounced as the .080" but the guy was happy with it and now i have plenty on .125 left for more clips which i really like the .125 for clips.

    Just a thought: maybe you could stick one of those big patches of velcro on the back side of the holster by where it would touch your skin. The loop side not the hook, might give the holster some breathing room...

    Ive done some self adhesive suede wrapped holsters before but they are kind of a pain and the edges look bad cuz its a fabric so it kinda frays
