Kelly Slater's Surf Ranch. It's literally right behind my mother-in-laws property. It used to be a wakeboard spot before he put the wave machine in.

 

When she bought that house and property (farm), she didn't purchase the water rights (fucked that up) with it. She leases her farm land to the guy who owns the farm close by. Used to be a 9-hole between her and the surf park that turned into a paintball field at one time too...probably nothing there anymore. @uhplifted is right though...middle of bumfuck nowhere except for the Naval Air Station and the Indian Casino.

One of my neighbors was polishing his bus up yesterday in the garage. Thing was a beauty. Just came back from a surf so didn’t have my phone to snap a pic. Super clean though

 

I bet its worth some good amount of cash!

I'm sure it is. The paint is pristine. No rust that I saw. Didn't get a look at the inside but I'm sure it's just as clean on the inside as the outside
