Yes, last weekend we went out and my buddy went skiing. It does great pulling skiiers. I'm not sure what type of boat/motor you willl be renting but mine has the 5.7 V8 w/ the duo props which gets you out of the hole in a hurry.

Welp. Its a bittersweet week for me.. I just dropped my Rinker off a few days ago at the boat dealer, as ive decided to upgrade. They took it in as a partial trade (if you want to call it that, lol)... Kinda sad to see it go, but i wanted/needed more space.. She has been a good first boat, and sad to drop it off.. But more pics to come of her replacement :)

    just a couple comfort items.
Built the one on the right for myself, beat it for 10 years and sold recently it for more than I built it for. The center console on the left someone else built 20 yrs ago,and 10 yrs ago I lengthened it by 8 feet and raised & covered the bow, built the hardtop and added another 40 gallons of fuel. We still use that one daily.

    completely stock
My father and i purchased (50/50) a Regal Commodore 280 two years ago.

we swapped the two 4.3s for 2 350s. Actually gets better gas mileage with the 350s bigger props spinning slower more efficient. this boat with 350s actually gets up on plane and will hit 42-43mph according to the gps.

^^^not the actual boat^^^same year but ours looks nicer after a good scrub and waxing

JTAV, your boat is remarkably similar to my 96 Proline.

    Is it still running well?

I've only had it about 2 months myself. It's a 2001. The Yamaha is running well although she doesn't like idling. Need to get that checked out. Not sure if the carbs just need cleaning again or what. Overall though I am very pleased with it.

Just got her last April. The boat and the motorcycle were my justification for buying a brand new Tacoma. Gotta say it made me a lot of friends real fast last summer
