One of my cat’s favorite foods was pizza. She loved it and would try to actually steal it from me because I usually let her.

My wife brought him home as a tiny little kitten back when we were just dating. Since she didn’t tell me she was going to go get a cat, as a consolation she told me I could name him haha.

Sounds like my GF. I left for a business trip for 4 days and when I got back we had a kitten. With a nasty case of shelter flu; we called him Boogersnot for the first two weeks because every time you turned around he'd sneeze and leave a stringer on you. Settled on Bulzi (bull's eye) for his markings.

Worked out, though. He bonded with me (much to my GF's annoyance  ) and was my buddy until liver cancer got him last spring. Followed me everywhere when I was home, hopped into my lap whenever I sat down and slept in my armpit most nights.

I'm at 3, and trust me, I am at my limit lol. 4 would push me over the edge.

Although, during my wife's negotiations to get the 3rd, I forever got out of litter box duty. So that's a plus...

2 of the 3 like me. Number 3 likes only my wife. On the topic of litter … we go through 3 - 42lb blocks every 2 to 3 weeks. Freakin poop factories! That topic alone has been holding my wife back from bringing home number 4!

    LOL!

3 is my limit too. I tried to hold it at 2 and then someone saw out little guy Amos and caved in upset the pressure- yup it was me. If everything is going smoothly then 3 is pretty good, but it rarely goes smooth. This past week was a $2000+ week and just emotionally draining.

My wife did the naming in Enzo. I got to name Smokey and the Bandit. One is a smoke coloured underbelly Oriental shorthair and the other an Ebony (black). Enzo is at least 16-17 and Smokey is a similar age. We lost Bandit to cancer a couple of years ago.

My aunt breeds cats for show. Currently doing Maine Coons but was into Orientals previously. One of her friends does Abinsinians and has one almost at Grand Champion status at the moment. One of our previous Orientals (rescue from a breeder who developed dementia) was a former Grand Champion.

Thanks for asking. Each day shows little signs of improvement. Yesterday wife texted me a picture of the first real BM she produced in over 10 days. She’s made more of an effort to snuggle up with me than usual. I figured since I was the one cramming crap down her throat she’d be totally hating me for a while. Yes, this cat can and does hold a grudge!

Yeah cats can hold a grudge sometimes can’t they. I’d like to think that she understands you’re just trying to help her.
